Ongoing projects/Learning centres?

Hi all, I am currently creating a 1 week learning program for the toddler's room.

My question is, what are ongoing projects/learning centres? and how do I include/link them in my program?
(I've created the program already)

To link to your program you can mention the learning centre for a particular experience... For example: add collage materials to Art and Craft Area, add dionosaurs to block area etc.
