national law and regulations

Post by AdaM7 » Tue Sep 24, 2019 5:14 pm

Hi I'm currently on the search for the national laws and regulations. I have been on the ACECQA page but not sure where to go from there. I click the national law word which then takes me to a page with documents to download.
can anyone help me out?
much appreciated.

The National Laws can be found here: https://www.acecqa.gov.au/nqf/national- ... tional-law
Which one you need will depend upon your location. Providing you're not in WA the legislation you need to follow is Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, but which corresponding Act you should also read will depend upon your state. So for example since I live in NSW the corresponding act or legislation relevant to my state is Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Act 2010

Then you can find the National Regulations here: https://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/#/vi ... n/2011/653
