MEDICAL CONDITION THAT MAY BE CONSIDERED A HAZARD

I am a little confused about this question in my diploma of children's services.

The question on the assignment:
One (1) medical condition that may be considered a hazard with associated risks to children.

i am confused whether this question is asking for a condition that has risks to:
the child with the condition?
MY ANSWER WOULD BE ALLERGY/ANAPHALACTIC OR ASTHMA

the other children at the service?
MY ANSWER WOULD BE AIDS OR HEPATITIS.

What about a child with a physical disability they made need to use a wheelchair...
