Hi, I am not if this the answer they asking me for that question

list the key documents that can be used in a chil's portfolio to learning outcomes and assessment learning?

is the answer they want fine and gross motor skills, social and emotional development, cognitive development, and language and literacy skills.

The documents that I use at my centre for children's portfolios include:

- Observations
- Parent Input
- Work Samples
- Learning Stories
- Photos

The documents that I use at my centre for children's portfolios include:

- Observations
- Parent Input
- Work Samples
- Learning Stories
- Photos
I use exactly the same things in my children's portfolios
