IDENTIFYING HAZARDS

I really need some help identifying the hazards in two pictures. If someone can please help me I would really appreciate it.

- the lady standing on the chair
- overreaching
- shelves on the shelves

- Under the house it is open
- Mop left outside
- No Gate
