3. Create a ‘Family Information Sheet’ with questions to ask the family and where appropriate the child, to gain information about the child’s strengths, interests, relationships and learning. Make a time to ask the child and a family member the questions on your Family Information sheet in an informal interview. You may also gather information from your Workplace Supervisor. Document the information gained from each person (2 marks).
My answers so far include:
Does your child attend any activities outside of care?
What is your child's fav activity?
Who makes up your childs family?
Does your child speak any other language?
what skills would you like your child to achieve this year?
Does your child have any additional needs?
am i on the right track and im stuck what else to include.
Thanks kristen
