Compliance Direction On Faulty Latch Gate QLD

Question :you are the director of a childcaRE CENTRE and got a compliance direction regarding a faulty latch on the gate, parents have complained about this for 3 months, what laws and regulations qld relate to this and what standrads and elements

Answer :

Element 3.1.2 ,Element 2.3.2
I need at least 3 laws and regulations and 5 std and elements, this has to be completed in two days i have looked it up in the education and care guide im lost please help

I just googled "NQS Regulations fencing" and alot of information came up. Have at the following link which provides details on the law for building requirements in early childhood centres.
