2.Explain how you would support educators and staff to meet their ethical, moral and, legal obligations making reference to the Early Childhood Australia, Code of Ethics 2006.
What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
• Provide them all the support and training they need to meet the ethical and legal obligations.
• Encourage my staff to act in the best interests of all children, Children safety is our primary concern. Any issue relating to the child should be reported immediately.
• Support and cooperate staff in the provision of care for the child
• Encourage openness and transparency in the work place to speak in the best interest of the children
• Encourage staff to speak to me if any concerns about integrity or behaviour
