CHCIC501A - Surveying Staff To Gain More Training

hi everyone
i have to do a survey for my portfolio summary
i have decided to survey staff members
my survey is
if you could gain more training what would be your top suggestion and why?

story telling
behavior management
programming/EYLF training
how to deal/talk with parents with negative situations(biting ,bullying,hitting)
how to deal with stressful situation within the workplace.
signs of child abuse and how to deal with it.

if you have any other suggestion i could add to my survey please feel free to reply and let me know.

They are good topics you have covered. You could also add something on work shops for any special needs children eg autism and another on working with non-english speaking children. What about also one on healthy eating for under 5's and and an environment workshop on creating a children's garden? Ideas for setting up a room can be covered in a wrokshop or you can do bus tours around to different centre to find ideas.
