Im having trouble with my first scenario.
could u please give me some examples / info to help me understand this question.?

The centre has just been notified that its QIAS self study is due in 3 months. You have recently taken over as Director and have inherited a resource of documented staff meetings and policy reviews.
What is your next step?
How will you encourage the participation of parents?
What do you need to achieve from the self study?

This question is basically asking you what you would do in the accreditation process...every centre goes through accreditation every few years to determine the quality of their centre. Have a read through the information and it will give you details on accreditation and what to do when you go through accreditation at a centre. If you need further help, post you answer and I will have a look.
