CHCFC503A TASK 2 Building Relationships and Trust

HELP!! I'm studying Diploma via Diploma Pathways Program. I have to re-do CHCFC503A Task 2. This relates to planning experiences and filling in a template with information about the experience i.e. Reflecting on current skills etc. Obviously I haven't written the information correctly or am not writing something that needs to be there. Does anyone have an example of a template already done so I can see how to fill in the template for the 4 learning experiences?

Can you post TASK 2 as it is given to you as we do not know what CHCFC503A Task 2 is.

I've posted the task. I'm unsure of what exactly I need to put under 'reflecting on current skills & abilities of this age group' and 'What else? Focus areas'.

It's probably really easy but doesn't help that I submitted this 2 months ago and have only now been asked to redo it when I'm focused on other units now. Also am missing one book 'frameworks for development & learning' which could have the information on filling in these things. Will go and buy it. LOL
