i'm currently working on some fact sheets for my assessment and i'm struggling to find some information.
Q: each of the facts sheets are to support and encourage educators and parents to discuss individual children's health needs.
the facts sheets should cover the following topics:
enrollment forms and medical plans and their role in documenting health needs.
what parents can do if they are concerned about their child's health needs.
where to find information about children's health.
i've written a little bit on the enrollment forms and medical plans but overall im struggling with finding reliable sources to get information from and am a little unsure of hoe exactly im meant to present the fact sheets.
if you could please point me in the right direction that would be fantastic.
