c)The Centre’s organizational standards
d)The Centre’s policies and procedures
I have finished the first two and am now stuck on c and d.
Does it mean any centre in general? If so, I can find the policies and procedures of centre's like goodstart but I cannot find an "organizational standards"
What is a centre's organizational standard? Is it called something else?
