Hi all.
i need some help please?
i am currently stuck on this question below.
Shortly after your service opens, the department of transport begins a major upgrade of its surroundings arterial roads.
this means that a considerable amount of traffic will be temporarily diverted down the street on which your centre is located?
the two questions questions im having problems with
1) who would you involve in determining the most appropriate strategy?
2) what steps do you take to implement and review this plan?
i would like suggestions please,
thankyou

Hi Stayc,
Not too sure if I'm right...
For question 1 - I would involve the centre director, management, parent committee.
For question 2 - Provide information to all parents, staff etc in a newsletter of the strategies and plan you will be implementing. After a couple of weeks provide a survey/questionnaire to parents & staff on whether or not the strategies are working and if not changes you will be making.
Cheers ,
