Behaviour Management Plan

Hi everyone,

I am currently creating a behaviour management plan for a child with limited English who is lashing out due to frustration from not knowing how to express himself. I'm really struggling to identify the target behaviours.

A short summary of the background assessment: Living at home with both parents, one older brother. Migrated from Spain 18 months ago, limited English.

I have to provide 3 target behaviours, all i have so far is:

* Child is able to express his own feelings
* Child further develops English? (Not sure about this one either!)

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
