Your Question?
How would you inform relevant stakeholders about an external assessment by regulatory authority including scheduling interviews with management and staff.

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
would you arrange a meeting with everyone to discuss the assessment and what they assesors will be doing?

Description and Message:
This is to do with my portfolio and asks me to write a description of how i would co ordinate an organisation in preparation for an external assessment including the above queston

Yeah that's one way. You could also send emails, newsletters, notices etc to inform stake holders of the upcoming external assessment.
