Hi All,
Wondering if someone could guide me to the correct level/rate for the following scenario...
2 Year Qualified diploma with 15 years experience on/off but mostly on as Room leader. Currently working as an assistant in a 2-3 year old room but have been asked to step up into Room Leader position (Leader resigned) for an unspecified amount of time while the Director finds a new Room Leader. Been at this centre for 3 years but new owners took over a year ago.
I have looked at the pay rates but can't quite work it all out correctly
Any advise will be great
TIA

As a Diploma qualified Educator in an assistant position, you will be on Level 3.4
When moving up to room leader, you should be at Level 4.2.

Hope this helps!
