Do wages increase after 12months qualified?

I have been a casual Cert 3 educator for over 12 months at the same centre. Should I have received a pay rise after 12months?

You get a pay rise each year, on the day you completed/received your Cert 3 qualification. So, for example, if you completed your Cert 3 qualification on August 12th, each year on August 12th your pay rise will go up until you reached the maximum level which is Level 3.3. Once you reached Level 3.3, your pay rate will stay the same...
