Diploma Pay Rate For The Educational Leader

Hi
I am hoping someone could help me out. I am about to start a permanent part time position as a Diploma trained educator at a new job. It is to my understanding that the pay rate for Diploma is currently $23.71 per hour.
I have been asked to take on the role as Educational Leader by my employer, who advised me that this would mean a slightly higher hourly rate. However in the contract it just says the pay rate is the standard $23.71 per hour.
How much more should I get as Educational Leader?

As far as I understand, I don't think that there are any allowances or higher pay for the Educational Leader role...
