OK so your previous posts have been about you working casual without any qualification and now you have completed your cert 3 qualification...
As a casual with a cert 3 qualification your wage should actually be $25.16/per hour. So, if you are only getting $20/ you are being underpaid according to the Children's Services Award. Have a look at the attachment above I posted at the beginning and you can see for yourself what it states in the Award. You will need to discuss this with your employer.
Reading back on your previous posts your employer seems to be under paying you... So you may want to get this sorted out...
