Writing Yearly Reports For Each Child

Post by chak » Wed Oct 08, 2014 12:44 pm

I work in the babies room and have to write evaluations ( ...guess like a yearly report) for individual toddlers...Room leader said to me "not like checklist form, more like warm writing letter to the child..A4 size...Will you give me some advice or example for that? :(

You can find a sample of an achievement report for a child based on the EYLF outcomes:

Portfolio Templates

Click on the "Sample" button on the EYLF Achievement Report template (first on the list).

Hope this helps,
