Ways to document the team strengths and to set our own goals.

Post by Dunbar » Sun Feb 15, 2015 9:54 am

I am after any creative ideas to document the team strengths, we are planning our team meeting soon and wanted to discuss as a team that we all have so many strengths to add to the service. I would like to display this in a professional way in the staff room. Also ways to document their goals rather than calling it their weaknesses .

Hi Dunbar,
Why don't you download the new "The Tree of Strengths" template in word. Change the title to Our Tree of Strengths and just remove the line under the box or change it.

There is a tab at the top of the page next to the forum tab called templates. Click on that then click where it says tree of strengths template and it will give you the option to download in pdf or word. You do have to subscribe first because they are a premium template, but it really is worth every cent.
Have fun :giggle:
