I have set out 7 folders, with a folder for each quality area.
Then for each sub division I am finding evidence and placing it on the correct section

Is this correct

Setting it out that way assists assessors in understanding what your centre is doing under each of the quality areas (by providing evidence). It's also beneficial for families, other educators and the community in general to understand what you are implementing in each quality area.

However, the template above is what centres usually use when they are writing their QIP for centre assessment purposes. ACECQA needs to read about what you are doing, strategies, improvements etc.
