Re: Allow Children To Experience Their Individual Strengths and Successes
Every child has their own unique strengths, and sometimes it's the little wins that make the biggest difference. We try to focus on what each child can do rather than what they can't, whether it's helping a friend, building an amazing tower, being creative with art, or showing persistence with a tricky task. Celebrating these moments really helps build confidence and encourages children to keep having a go. It's so rewarding watching them light up when they realise they're capable and successful in their own way!
