Work Collegue

Post by BlueBird3 » Tue Sep 21, 2021 10:15 pm

So I’ve been working for a few months as a lead educator and my colleagues are new too, one girl comes across as arrogant, makes snide remarks, she speaks her mind and slams doors when she’s cranky.
I have anxiety and I’m paranoid that she has a problem with me, I already have a toxic history in my last job and have transferred.
How do you deal with this?

I would ask her if she is okay and would like to have a chat.
Slamming doors is not okay. in front of the children again, not okay. One thing I cant stand is slamming of doors. we are suppose to be role models and she is not doing that.
If she wont talk I would have a chat to your supervisors or manger..

Yeah I agree, you need to take this to your Director to deal with this issue now before it becomes a toxic workplace because of this one Educator...
