Good evening all,
I have been working in childcare for a while and now am really interested in opening my own centre. I have done some research and still have a few questions I would like to get answers from!
I have thought about the location, but is it okay to open a childcare anywhere I want? and since I want to build my own childcare instead of buying one, in order to have the provider/service approvals, do I need to own the land or the property first before applying for the approvals?
Once I get the approvals, does that mean that I can start building it and start marketing and taking enrolments?
and how long does the approval process usually take?
