OPENING A LONG DAY CARE CENTRE.

we are new to this forum and we are planning to open our own long day care centre in Melbourne.

is there a step by step guide on how to open it or a website that simplifies the information which are already available on ACECQA website.

what are the major starting points? is there a person in charge in Victoria who helps people with this?

How exciting! Opening up an LDC! You both have a very big task ahead of you and it's going to take a lot of time and effort but it will all be worth it in the end!

Unfortunately opening up a LDC is no easy venture so you will find the information to be complicated and EVERYWHERE. However, I recently wrote an article "How To Start A Childcare Business".
