ISS meaning

Im working as a casula. My director sent it to me three weeks roster. Under my name there is ISS word !!!! what is that mean???
In the roster there is 3 casual only under my name there is this word ISS?!!!!!

It's OK! The centre you are working with may have special needs children and you will assist in the provision of the Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS) by working with those children with special needs. That's all it means. They need to show on their paperwork which educators are working for that particular fund the centre is receiving.
