Hi I have just being offered a place at curtin uni to do the new course 3 yr degree teaching 0 - 5 in childcare centers I am sure that I read somewhere that the gov was subsidizing fees till June 2012. Does anybody know where I apply for this funding?

I would think you could get HECS or Fee-Help. The Uni can give you heaps of information on it. Its not really a subsidy - just a way of putting off your fees till your earning the $$.

I have not heard of any gov subsidy regarding degrees, yes as Ambi said above you can get HECS or Fee-Help to assist with paying your fees.
I do not know how much your units cost... I am doing my degree (4yr degree) through USQ and each subject is about $650
