Qualifications & experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor Degree
Diploma of Early Childhood or studying relevant qualification
Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
Understanding of the NQS
Friendly positive attitude
Ability to demonstrate and approach tasks in a professional and proactive manner, using initiative and flexibility
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Bubbly and positive nature- We want our team to love what they do!
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations of your room to ensure the Centre complies with the National Quality Framework (NQF) across all related areas.
Work passionately to develop positive relationships with families and children
Work closely with the leadership team to provide support and training to ensure high-quality early learning and care that meets or exceeds the NQS
Contribute to a professional and positive work environment
Create a friendly, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment for children at all times.

The position of Early Childhood Educator will involve working across all age groups and is available on a permanent part-time or casual basis commencing immediately. The role is up to 5 days a week, however days & hours are negotiable depending on the candidates’ availability.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
• Cultivating learning environments to reflect the different learning dispositions, skill/developmental levels and interests of children
• Working in a collaborative manner with all staff
• Supporting the established relationships with families; and the ‘culture’ of the centre
Expertise & Knowledge in the following areas is required:
• Ability to develop warm and meaningful relationships with children
• Child development for 0-6 year olds and current trends in Early Childhood Education
• Relevant legislation and NQF
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Ability to inspire independent learners
Experience is also required in:
• Working with children with additional needs is highly desirable
Formal Qualifications
