Hello
I just wanted to know, can i be a director with my diploma qualification or am i required to hold a early childhood teaching degree for that role?
My goal is to become a director although i seem to not have the time to go and study a degree..
Can i be a director with a diploma?

No you don't need a degree to be a director! Although it is desirable...it's definitely not a specific criteria for the Director's role. If you have experience or get a job position as a 2IC, authorised supervisor this would really help as you will begin to gain experience of what it would be like as the Director...
