@ Bluebella i think your point is valid for a reason. Our government needs to be seen making an effort with improving the pool of 'qualified' workers in both the early childhood and aged care sectors by pouring funding in-which then trickles down through the welfare system ( Centrelink ) which then looks good re unemployment figures( if you are studying or training you magically disappear from unemployment statistics) which then hopeffully gets said Govenment votes come election time.
The problems/issues run VERY deep!!!
