Hi fellow educators
My question is regarding work placement when completing Cert 3 in Early Childcare Education, I have been left basically completely on my own to complete this certificate which has been frustrating and difficult but as I was well into my study when I found out that no mentor or support was not normal it ended up being a needs must situation, however after completing all the clusters with flying colours to this point I am now at the work placement stage. Any advice about how to go about this, your successes in finding work placement etc would be greatly appreciated as the training providers I am using have not responded to my request for advice for over 3 weeks now and I am needing to move forward on my own.
