A. Slippery surfaces
B. Falling objects
C. Too much noise
D. Poor lightning, ventillation
E. Floors
F. Stairs and steps
G. Trips,slips, handing injury
H. Overcrowding
4. Communicable Disease/Biological issues
A. Spread of different diseases or illness
B. Cross- infection
C. Staff or children attending service who are sick
D. Contaminated food
5. Mechanical and chemical issues
A. Frayef power cords or unplugged power points are electrical hazards
B. Cleaning agents
C. Fire, explosion or poisoning
D. Storing of chemical substances.
