WHS Issues From A Workers Perspective

Help pls I'm stuck with this question I don't know where I'm heading with my answers.

Q: Outline atleast (5) five WHS issues in education and care services, from a workers perspective

A:
1. Manual Handling
A. Lifting children in/ out of cots and high chair or on/ off change tables
B. Working at low levels in children services
C. Moving equipment in children services.

2. Work place stressors
A. Being asked to do something you are not confortable with
B. Inadequate ratious of education to children.
C. Lack of time preparation
D. Dealing with aggressive families
E. Badly designed environment and equipment.
F. Unclear policies and practices
G. Lack of opportunitied for professional development.
3. Physical Environment
A. Slippery surfaces
B. Falling objects
C. Too much noise
D. Poor lightning, ventillation
E. Floors
F. Stairs and steps
G. Trips,slips, handing injury
H. Overcrowding
4. Communicable Disease/Biological issues
A. Spread of different diseases or illness
B. Cross- infection
C. Staff or children attending service who are sick
D. Contaminated food
5. Mechanical and chemical issues
A. Frayef power cords or unplugged power points are electrical hazards
B. Cleaning agents
C. Fire, explosion or poisoning
D. Storing of chemical substances.
