‘Housekeeping’ is an important part of occupational health and safety. Cooperate with my employer in their attempt to meet legal responsibilities to health, safety, and welfare. (Kearns 2010, p 149-150).
I consistently follow the Environment indoor/out door, maintenance, and cleaning procedures/plans; of the service this helps minimize the spread of infection, accidental accidents or injury.
Pick things up if they fall on the floor, and don’t store equipment on the floor as it can be broken and lost, and become an obstacle to trip people.
Put equipment back into its correct storage area as soon as it is finished been used, to ensure that it does not get lost or broken and others can find it easily.
Clean up any spills as soon as they happen. Spills on floors can be dangerous as staff or children can slip, fall and suffer injuries.

Your answers look good - I would probably add - report any maintenance/faults that require fixing to the superiors so that repairs can be made as soon as possible.
