Successfully Implementing A Positive Guidance Technique

Post by Jaspreetatri » Thu Jun 29, 2017 8:05 pm

a. Write about a time that you have successfully implemented a positive guidance technique within your service.
Children were playing with sand and due to curiosity one child threw the sand high in the air which dropped in everyone’s eyes, Children started shouting. I stepped in told that child politely that we play with sand gently so it does not go into our friends eyes, it’s not good to hurt our friends, so next time just remember about this, he understood and said sorry to everyone. After that it was pack away time and they were putting things everyone so i told them that we pack away the toys the way that we can easily find them again and they won’t go missing, they listened to me carefully and started packing properly.

Just want to ask if Iam right with this answer?
Thanks
