Thank you very much for your answer Dorina.

this is my answer
Frist question
What aspects of the task would be best demonstrated?

Rosalina should take the time to show which cloth to use, to clean the tables and from where to take the soap and warm water he will use.

Explain if he has any spillage , he should cleaning it immediately not to cause any hazard,

Where to put the activity material that have been used-

Where to clean the cloth and where to storage the material he use for cleaning,

How to bend over to clean the tables so he don’t hurt his back.

And make sure there are not kids around when he clean the table to avoid the kids have contact with the soap or any spillage

Second
What information/explanation should Rosalina provide in regards policies and procedures?
Rosalina , needs to explain the importance of the Polices and procedures and with practical example, point out they preserve the safety of the children, educator and families, a good example will be the Authorization policy, vital for the health and safety of the children.

Rosalinda should ensure she show to the student how to perform their work duties correctly, tell him that he should ask for instruction explain the resources required to carry out the task and where they are located. she will need to explain the standards that are expected. They will need to clearly identify the what, when, how.

When communicating instructions it is important to consider the person she is communicating too. There are factors that will affect the amount of instruction a person requires, such as their work experience, life experience, social/cultural backgrounds and level of formal qualifications.
There are a variety of methods to communicate: staff Meeting: discussion/agenda item, verbally: important; inform imminently, written: report; form, note: communication
I am in the right track_ ta Silvina
Is a good idea if Rosalina help him with the first table so the student have visual reference of haw to do it.
