thank u so much for reply and sorry too .. Francis is the mother of courtney a 3 yr old boy who attends your service .Francis arrives to drop courtney off very distressed .she says her partner alwn has been very depressed and won't seek help .he has been explosive and unpredictable lately often getting annnoyed with her .He became agitated when francis was putting courtney in the car ,accusing Francis of wanting to leave him .He pushed francis to the ground and kicked her a number of times .Finally Francis was able to get away and drove straight to the centre .she says she hopes courtney couldn't see from the car where he has strapped in his car seat .As you talk to Francis ,you notice that courtney is clinging to his mother's leg .He is crying quietly . 1) list the indicators of risk described in the scenario 2) steps you would take response to the situation and make report . 3) describe the actions practices you would follow up from the report
