1.economic of the service
For example in Gawler Community Child care there are 40 children who attends the service and 15 of the parents of these children have lost their job there is a big possibility that the 8 or 9 of these children will not be attenting the service.The parents of these children because of less money to spend in childcare and the parents who have lost their job will have more time now to take care of their children.And also the parents who have lost their job and for example could just get a part time job will most probably seek the help of their relatives or friends to take care of their children.The economic industry of the service will be affected because of these children whose parents lost their job will not be going to the centre.So it means less children means less income to the centre.The income of the centre will be highly affected because as the wages of the employee makes up the largest cost for childcare providers,operators whom we know are trying to make profit will be more pressured because there will be less profit with less children.

2.Workforce retention( effect on the staffing)
For example because the Gawler Communinty Child Care Centre has the possibility of loosing 10-15 children becauce their parents lost their job if for example the centre has 30 employees the service might laid off some staff for there will be less children to take care in the service.And because the income of the service will be affected it's going to be hard for the centre also to provide quality centre service if the profit will be divided to the maintence of the service and the wages of more staff whom the service will think their service will no longer be needed because there will be lesser work, for there are lesser number of children.

3.Social Impact(effect on local community)
For example the parents who have lost their job lives in Gawler, Gawler community will be affected because the family who are considered active members of society because of them not having job any more reduces the ability of individuals to gain access to community resources such as food supplies, healthcare,medical facilities and educational institution.Because the people who have lost their job will be working less, less people will be using public services like for example public transportation.People who have lost their job cannot afford to buy some supplies,also families who have lost their job sometimes tend to isolate themselves from their peers which resorted them not to take part in any community activities.Also unemployment reduces the level of safety in a particular comunity.And also the big impact to the family who have lost their job is to relocate to another community to find better opportunity or job.
