I am stuck on a question about how we are meant to sanitising a chopping board, I have included in my answer that they should be washed in hot soapy water and aired to dry as well as washed in a dishwasher if possible and to use different coloured chopping boards for different types of food, but my teacher has said I am missing the part of the question about Sanitising the chopping board.
