Reflective Practice is referring to you reflecting on the strategies you used during the day, the room environment, the activities you had setup, whether the children were engaged in the activities, what can you change, move or adapt within the environment to make the children engaged more effectively etc. Once you reflect on these, you can discover information about the children.
