Reflection In EC & Dealing With Issues

I need some help with these questions I'm totally stuck :(

Q1:
Explain why it is important as an early childhood educator, to critically reflect and continuously approve your work skills and knowledge. Explain what you could do, if identified areas that needed improvement


Q2:
If you felt your rights where not being upheld in the workplace, what could you do? List three strategies you could action to deal with the issue

The following may help for Q1:

Reflective Practices In Childcare

For Q2, maybe you could:

- resolve the issue by discussing it with those involved
- find evidence what your rights are and discuss with management etc.
