hi everyone, as you can see i haven't answered question 1 as i really don't understand the question, weren't they the same? and i'd like to know if my answers are correct as i am only 50% sure of them. thank you for any advice or help. would mean a lot.


You have been asked to assist in improving the quality of workplace relationship amongst your manager, one member of your staff and co-worker.
1.how to establish some short term and long term objectives for building these relationships.
2.discuss behaviours you will have to engage in to meet your goal with each of these people.
3.how will you know when you have reached your goal?
4.what personal strengths will you need to use to accomplish your goal?
5. what are the barriers to reaching your goal?
6. What would you do to promote environmental awareness and sustainability?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
answers for:
#2 - positive and corteous behaviour, be a good listener, be friendly, patient and honest.
#3 - when all parents are happy
- parents are well assisted and children are cared properly.
#4 - self-discipline and respect
#5 - not having enough time to finish a certain task and not enough staffing.
#6 - composing dried leaves, make a recycled bins, using rain water to water the plants using rain water gauge and using natural resources for craft activities.

I'm not sure if I'm 100% right on these responses but hopefully it can give you some ideas:

how to establish some short term and long term objectives for building these relationships

Create a survey or questionnaire that can be filled in by participating staff on what they would like to achieve in regards to work expectations, any concerns or issues that they have come across in regards to the work environment, how they would like to get to know each other better, any issues that can be brought to management, staff training etc. By using these general questions you can form short and long term goals based on their responses and similarities.

how will you know when you have reached your goal?

In your response you mentioned about parents. This question is about building relationships amongst staff. You will know you have reached your goal when participating staff are achieving the goal you set out from the survey/questionnaire.

The rest of your response seems fine. Maybe just add a sentence with each of your response rather than a couple of words...
