So far ive got
1) The National Quality Framework (NQF) works under an applied law system, including the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations. The NQF applies to most long day care, family day care, outside school hour’s care and preschools/kindergartens in Australia.
A) A requirement from the regulation is educator-to-child ratios- having educator to child ratios inform a workplace practice
