NQF

I am having a bit of trouble with an assignment that says

This workplace assessment task requires you to use information available under the NQF, to identify all legislative requirements related to the supervision of children that service providers and educators must be aware of and adhere to.

National Quality Areas, Standard and Element/s

My answer is:
Part 4.2: Children’s health and safety
Quality area 2
Standard 2.3: Each child is protected
Element 2.3.1- Children are adequately supervised at all times.
Element 2.3.2- Every reasonable precaution is taken to protect children from harm and any hazard likely to cause injury.
Part 4.4: Staffing arrangements
Quality Area 4
Standard 4.1: Staffing arrangements enhance children’s learning and development and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Element 4.1.1- educator-to-child ratio and qualification requirements are maintained at all times.

Is there anything I can add to that for the national quality areas, standards and elements?

and I also have to write in relation to national law and regulations but I don't know where to find this, is there any link you can refer me to that would help. thank you :)

I just found the national law and regulations and my answer for that part is:

PART 4.3—PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
Division 2—Additional requirements for centre-based services
-115 Premises designed to facilitate supervision
PART 4.4—STAFFING ARRANGEMENTS
Division 2—Age and supervision requirements
-119 Family day care educator and family day care educator
assistant to be at least 18 years old
-120 Educators who are under 18 to be supervised
Division 3—Minimum number of educators required
-122 Educators must be working directly with children to be
included in ratios

Is there anything else I could add to that? Or have I done this bit wrong? Thanks :)
