Limit Setting For Age Limits and Appropriate Consequences

Hi
Hope someone can help I stuck on appropriate limit setting for the age limits like 1-2yr, 2-3yr and the appropriate consequences? I understand re directing negative behaviour but I'm just not sure how to put this into my appendix.
