interacting frequently with children

Post by emmie.b » Mon Feb 29, 2016 2:06 am

I have an assignment that requires me to identify 8 stratergies that i have implemented to ensure each child in care is interacted with frequently and with care and respect.
My answers are
1.spend one on one time with the children to bond with them.
2. Talk to the children and ask them open ended questions
3. I show respect for diversity and awknowledge the varying approaches of children.
4. Become aware of childrens interests and capabilities and use that to expand on their skills as well as our relationships.
5. Plan for each child individually.
6. Being aware of different childrens cultures as well as the children and their families different views and opinions.
7. Provide positive experiences in a safe and stimulating environment.
8 encourage the children to make their own choices and decisions and support them no matter how big ir small their achievenements are.

Have i answered this question correctly at all? And if so are my answers good enough for what they are asking. Thanks in advance :)
