1.accurate documentation of incident. Report incidents to colleagues and more senior workers.
2. Using key words in home language.
3.Have a greet chair when if the centre is able to have one educator sit on the chair as the children arrive in the morning to talk to each one, whether that's done on a weekly basis or more often.
