Is it something as simple as, waiting for a staff meeting to share your ideas??

Did you end up finding an answer for this? It's my last question to answer. I can't seem to find information I need to answer it myself.

No need to over think this question...

- participating in staff meetings
- discussing suggestions with team leader/supervisor
- providing feedback on work surveys and questionnaires

Hope this helps,
